The Perfect Wedding Day

Ticey and Shane got married on about the best weather day of the year so far, I think. It was gorgeous, a little bit warm, and sunny. Ticey and Shane are such a fun couple. They've known each other for most of their life and you can tell by how comfortable they are with each other. I had so much fun with them! The Union Station in Ogden was transformed by Matt Dickamore. (Matt is incredible! If you want more info just let me know in the comments or send me an email at davina@davinafear.com ).

Check their slideshow here
. For now here are some pictures from Ticey and Shane's day:

Chelsea and Jared

What a great shoot! Chelsea and Jared were so much fun...and even though it was cold enough to give Chelsea some purple lips we got some great pictures! They had so much fun together. They both totally love ice cream at Kirk's Diner in North Ogden. So...where did we go even though it was a bit cold? You know it! Fun times!

No Chandler smiles here! :)

Check out their slideshow here.

A little preview of the fun we had:

Fun with Melissa!

Melissa was so stinkin' much fun to hang out with and take pictures of in her wedding gown. She looked amazing and she was just oozing all kinds of fun and confidence. After wondering if the day was ever going to clear up, or if it was going to rain, the sun broke out from behind the clouds and gave up some really incredible light to work with. Make sure to check back in a couple of days for the slideshow! There are so many just gorgeous shots! Check out her slideshow here!

Here are just a few:

Brooke and Mike

Brooke and Mike got married in September but I just designed an album so I wanted to post it here in a slidehow. Make sure to check it out.

Brooke and Mike are such a cool couple. They really like to approach things differently and love the way they thought outside the box for their wedding. Typically, a wedding involves going to the temple, pictures afterwards, and then a reception. Brooke and Mike decided to spice things up a little. They had a luncheon at Tuscany (really great, intimate, relaxed place with incredible food!). After the luncheon they went over to the Grand America. Brooke and Mike both got dressed in tux and gown and saw each other before going to the temple down in the courtyard. It was so great because it's rare to get to see a groom's reaction to the bride with temple weddings. I loved that they got to have a few minutes out of their day together there in the courtyard.

Then it was off to the temple in a chauffered car together. :) Brooke and Mike were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple, when they came out of the temple it was threating rain in a big way. Sure enough just as we were ready to take some pictures, of just the two of them, it downpoured! We ducked into the Joseph Smith Memorial Building to stay dry and ended up getting some really great pictures there. Brooke and Mike were ready to head back to their hotel so we hopped on trax. (love those pics!) Their day was so fun and had just their twist on it to make it all their own.

I have so loved working with you Brooke and Mike! Thanks for having me along!
