The Top of the World

The day kept threatening to rain and it never did. In fact, the sky just changed and made everything interesting and beautiful. We had blue sky with fluffy clouds, then white sky, then stormy sky.

During the ceremony the officiator talked about all the wonderful things that Jenna and David had said about each other and about marriage. I loved hearing so many of the sweet, funny, and kind things that they said. They are really a perfect couple.

One of my favorite parts of the day was the mad dash we made up the mountain to the top of the world to get some pictures. The entire wedding party came including David and Jenna's moms. I loved hearing them talk about raising their kids without electricity and picking wildflowers. They were so glad to see both of them hike through the tall grass and flowers. Even though we wanted to hurry and get back for the rest of their guests it was really fun to leave the wedding on a little adventure.

Thanks Jenna and David for the great idea of going up the mountain. And thank you even more for inviting me to be part of such an amazing day in your life!

Jenna and David

I am sooo excited about Jenna and David's wedding. It is going to be so amazing... the location as well as the chance to take some pictures at a place that feels like it's the top of the world. They are a great couple and as you can see...it's easy to get great pictures of them.

I had so much fun with them scouting out great location spots for their wedding photos. I also had mussels for the first time-they are so good! Thanks for a fun time. I'm looking forward to seeing you in July!

Kelly and Darren

What an incredible and fun wedding! I had such an amazing time with Kelly and Darren. The feeling at their wedding was intimate, caring, and total fun!

Darren and Kelly really focused on all of the people that meant the most to them. Their ceremony was beautiful. There were so many times through out the day that I cried as I kept taking pictures. Kelly and Darren rented out the main building at The Inn on the Creek (One of the best places in Utah to have a wedding!! Make sure to check if they are available for your date. It's totally worth the fun you'll have.) for all of their friends and family and partied into the night. Everyone was so much fun. Thank you for such a great time. I am so appreciate how welcome everyone made me feel.

I am especially grateful to Kelly and Darren for letting me be part of their incredible and unforgettable day!!

Happiness to you both forever and to your many 'firsts' together.

Oh! And they had the most unique cake ever...a strawberry shortcake cake...wow! was it delicious!
