It's a big mystery!

I apologize to everyone! My email is still down and there is no end in sight yet. It has turned into a big mystery that we can't figure out. A huge shout out to Aundrea at Bludomain who worked through the night last night trying to find some clue to solving this. She's been amazing and I'm so grateful to her! Thanks, Aundrea!
